Registration & Submission

2. Take your photos
3. Create your own particulars with our easy to follow templates
4. Add your photos
5. Review your new particulars
6. Select any options if required
7. Proceed to payments
8. We will then contact you to make an appointment for your design visit to draw the floor plans, take virtual tour and 4 professional photos.
9. We will then add the virtual tour, floor plans and photos to your particulars
10. Begin Marketing your property

Managing the Sale

1. Prospective purchasers will contact you through our site to arrange a viewing
2. Offers and subsequent negotiations are then carried out via our site
3. On agreement of sale simply complete our “Memorandum of Sale” form online this will then be e-mailed to all relevant parties
4. Appoint your solicitor or conveyencer
5. Notify us of successful completion and we will remove your details
